Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 7 days of receipt of payment. For local deliveries within the 4670 postcode, shipping is free. You will be contacted by distribution with an estimated delivery time. For deliveries within our fortnightly delivery hub including Hervey Bay, Agnes Water and Gladstone, you will also be contacted by distribution with an estimated delivery time. For all other areas of Australia, deliveries may take up to 14 days from dispatch.
Deliveries that are not included in our local hub are made by third party couriers and will be delivered to your front door only. For heavy or bulky items you may need assistance to carry inside.
